Calling young athletes: specifically dancers and skaters! This class is designed for those who wish to improve their strength and flexibility throughout the season, and even try out some fun postures such as arm balances, back-bends, and partner poses. Each class will focus on one or two peak-poses, while using a variety of other poses and yoga flows to warm up into them.
