This is great class designed to help improve your strokes. The focus of this program will be working on developing a strong front crawl; aiming to improve breathing techniques, efficiency in stroke and build stamina. During this program swimmers will be given a daily work out and assisted by a trained instructor on how to improve throughout the class. Instructors may also introduce other strokes to be used throughout their workouts.
